Today in The Philadelphia Daily News, Dan Gross has an item that reports, "The U.S. Court of Appeals Third Circuit has dismissed blueberry heir Anthony DiMeo III's motion to reverse a lower court's dismissal of the libel/defamation-of-character suit DiMeo filed against blogger Tucker Max."
